Job summary

Grid One Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Field Supervisor to lead utility pole inspection crews. The role focuses on safety, quality, and reliable field operations across multiple projects with cross-department coordination.

You will manage crew performance, report daily, and ensure adherence to company policies, training new hires, and maintaining open communication with customers and project managers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 7 years' experience in Utility Pole Inspection.
• 2 years' experience in supervision of field operations preferred.
• Pre-screen: drug screen and background/MVR check.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive company vehicle.
• Willing to work long hours and overtime during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Crew Members to ensure safety and quality of work.
• Report daily, interact with customers, and investigate claims as needed.
• Embrace, communicate, and enforce Grid One Solutions Safety policies and Core Values.
• Meet with Crew Members daily for job/safety briefings and updates.
• Train, coach, and improve efficiencies of all Crew Members.
• Solicit, select, process, and train new hires as needed.
• Respond to internal and external customer needs.
• Submit JBOs and SMPs per policy.
• Plan and oversee tailgate meetings.
• Conduct periodic vehicle inspections for safety compliance.
• Track and report safety, quality, productivity, attendance and tardiness.
• Assist with other project elements as directed by Project Manager.
