Job summary

Grid One Solutions is seeking a full-time Field Supervisor to oversee utility pole inspection projects across our operations. The role emphasizes safety, team leadership, and hands-on coordination with field staff and customers.

The supervisor will drive performance, enforce safety policies, and ensure timely project execution. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in field supervision, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to manage multiple crews while maintaining quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 7 years' experience in Utility Pole Inspection.
• 2 Years' Experience in supervision of field operations preferred.
• Pre-Screen: Drug screen and background/MVR checks required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Crew Members to ensure safety and quality of work.
• Report to Project Manager and coordinate with customers as needed.
• Meet daily for job/safety briefings and inform Technicians of hazards.
• Train, coach, and onboard new hires as needed.
• Plan and oversee tailgate meetings and vehicle inspections.
• Track daily safety, productivity, attendance, and sign-in sheets.
