UtiliQuest, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee the Damage Prevention Technicians in the Southeast Region, supporting Brevard and Indian River Counties. You will manage workflows, set schedules, evaluate performance, and ensure goals align with company plans and safety standards.

You will lead field planning, conduct audits, and mentor technicians while coordinating with HR for staffing and development. Overnight travel may be required to meet regional goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and supervise a team of Damage Prevention Technicians.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture for all employees.
• Conduct daily and weekly planning meetings to ensure quality control.
• Audit field personnel to ensure quality standards.
• Provide regular performance feedback and development opportunities.
• Maintain client, excavator, regulator, employee, and public relationships.
• Assist Center Manager with staffing and hiring decisions.
• Travel overnight as needed and operate company vehicles safely.
