Job summary

PPL Electric Utilities seeks a 2nd shift Work Location Supervisor to oversee transmission and distribution crews, manage capital and O&M work, and ensure safe, reliable service with rapid storm restoration. You will lead planning and execution with field designers, enforce safety rules, communicate schedules with customers and contractors, and oversee administrative tasks and compliance.

Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of electrical or mechanical operations experience required; Pennsylvania CDL

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of energized facilities and safety practices.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital and O&M work in the area.
• Respond to storm restoration efforts with on-site leadership.
• Coordinate design with field and GO designers.
• Enforce safe work practices and coach subordinates.
• Schedule resources to meet customer needs and emergencies.
• Lead daily tailboards and maintain safety awareness.
