Job summary

PPL Electric Utilities is seeking a Supervisor to oversee transmission and distribution line work in our Harrisburg, Lancaster and Lehigh regions. This 3rd-shift role requires supervising crews, coordinating with field designers, and ensuring safe, reliable power restoration.

Home location can be in any of the three regions with possible on-site, remote, or hybrid work arrangements. The successful candidate will manage capital and O&M tasks, respond to storms, and uphold safety and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Demonstrated expertise in energized/deenergized facilities; switching and tagging procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital and O&M work in the area.
• Respond to storm restoration efforts, lead crews during emergencies.
• Coordinate with field/design teams to develop buildable designs within approved hours.
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with safety rules.
• Provide customer satisfaction by cost-effective, reliable work.
