Responsibilities

Oversee capital and O&M work in the area.
Respond to storm restoration efforts, including after-hours as needed.
Collaborate with field designers to develop buildable designs.
Apply safe working practices per safety rules and train subordinates.
Ensure customer satisfaction through cost-effective, reliable work.
Schedule resources to meet operations and customer requirements.
Conduct daily tailboards to communicate safe plans and policies.
Lead and coach employees to meet job expectations.
Coordinate work schedules with internal/external customers and contractors.
Ensure timely completion of administrative processes (reviews, audits, Time & Labor).
May supervise on-site to monitor safety and wage compliance.
