TAK Broadband is seeking a Field Supervisor for the Butte, MT area to oversee daily operations and ensure tasks meet quality standards. The role emphasizes hands-on field leadership with 80%+ time spent in the field across Helena, Missoula, and Butte markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cable, broadband or telecommunications construction experience (drop bury knowledge).
• Prior leadership experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel daily across Helena, Missoula and Butte markets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the assigned market (Helena, Missoula & Butte, MT).
• Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and meet quality standards.
• Be the market expert and primary field resource, spending 80%+ time in the field.
