Job summary

TAK Broadband seeks a Construction Supervisor for the Billings, MT area. You will support all phases of construction, manage day-to-day operations of field teams, and travel regionally (+/-50%) with expenses covered. The role offers full-time work and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing talent; overseeing payroll, overtime, and performance; and ensuring safety and high-quality project results across aerial and underground construction sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant aerial and/or underground construction leadership experience.
• Prior construction industry experience is a plus (coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading).
• Ability to travel throughout regional market to projects (+/-50% annually).
• Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop talent for all roles.
• Support all phases of construction projects.
• Travel throughout regional market to various projects as needed (+/-50% annually).
• Develop skillsets and knowledge of construction teams – aerial and underground.
• Manage payroll and overtime guidelines and productivity.
• Perform performance management and development for team members.
• Provide direction to multiple crews and their job site activities.
• Maintain safety as the top priority and adhere to all laws.
