Job summary

TAK Broadband is seeking an underground Laborer in Missoula, MT, to support drill teams with equipment and duties around live utilities. This role requires reliability, safety focus, and the ability to travel as needed.

Compensation is $23-$28 per hour, DOE, with full benefits, PTO, 401(k) match, and opportunities for development. Apply to [e-mail] for consideration.

Qualifications

• Underground telecommunications construction experience preferred; entry level considered.
• Ability to travel daily, out of state as needed with company provided accommodations and per diems.
• Ability to work outside business hours, overtime, holidays, weekends year-round.
• Excellent customer service, time management, problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Lift up to 70 lbs; able to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist drill operators and locators with equipment to complete projects.
• Work around standard and high-risk areas with live utilities.
• Learn conduit splicing, vault/pedestal placement and fiber/coax placement as needed.
• Document all work, pothole and bore logs.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper maintenance of tools and vehicles.
• Travel may be required; daily travel with accommodations.
