TAK Broadband is seeking a Project Supervisor to join our field operations in Humble, TX. You will assist the Construction Manager with daily project administration, reporting, and customer interactions to keep projects on track.

The role requires 3+ years in telecom construction, leadership experience a plus, and the ability to travel. We offer a full benefits package, vehicle, laptop, and competitive compensation of $65,000–$75,000 annually DOE.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in telecommunications construction (aerial and underground).
• Ability to travel and work various schedules, including evenings/weekends.
• Strong customer service, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read maps, drawings, and diagrams for builds.
• Must pass pre-employment checks (MVR, background, drug screen).

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Drive projects through systems for budgeting and development.
• Define labor/material needs, permitting, and connections.
• Manage project planning, site images, node integration, assets.
• Support quality control, safety audits, and project packets.
• Develop new project proposals and manage multiple stages.
• Maintain project records and network inventory knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer experience.
