Job Summary

The Department of Counseling seeks candidates qualified with a concentration in School Counseling, Clinical Mental Health or Marriage Couples and Family Counseling. This is a part time, pooled position filled on an as‑needed basis. Teaches students enrolled in Counseling Skills, Residency, Practicum and Internship and other courses as needed.

Essential Job Functions

• Teach online courses using current pedagogical methods.
• Maintain effective and timely communication with students and course lead.
• Maintain effective and timely communication with students, course lead and chair of department.

Minimum and Desired Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must have an earned doctorate degree in Counselor Education and be licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, or Certified School Counselor. Experience in online education.

Desired Qualifications: Licensed Professional Counselor; Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, or certified School Counselor.
