AWP Safety is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a team of field protectors, ensuring safety, quality, and strong customer service across field operations. The role emphasizes developing staff, coordinating with Area leadership, and maintaining field-to-office responsibilities.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with some business education preferred, and 1–2 years of supervisor experience overseeing twenty or more people.

Compensation: $60K-75K Base + 7% AIP Bonus + Company Vehicle and Gas Card.
The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
