Job summary

QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to manage daily field operations for Resinous Flooring and/or Concrete Polishing projects. You will oversee multiple crews from a local home office, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

The role offers a top-end pay scale starting at $35 per hour, a company vehicle or mileage allowance, 401(k), and bonuses. Health coverage and ESOP are also provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Lead Foreman or Supervisor in Polished Concrete or Resinous flooring.
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid State driver's license in good standing
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

• Provide direct onsite supervision of field crews and subcontractors from mobilization through closeout.
• Develop and maintain daily work schedules to hit project milestones in a fast-paced environment.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols and quality control procedures on all job sites.
• Host daily site meetings and provide updates to Project Managers and leadership.
• Maintain complete job site logs and documentation using SiteDocs.
• Identify and resolve field challenges while building positive relationships with clients.
