Job summary

QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee daily field operations for Resinous Flooring and/or Concrete Polishing projects. Operate from a local home office, supervising multiple crews and subcontractors to deliver work safely, on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Lead Foreman or Supervisor in Polished Concrete or Resinous
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid State driver's license (in good standing)
• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

• Field Leadership & Oversight - Provide direct onsite supervision and coordination for multi-person crews and specialty subcontractors, from mobilization through closeout
• Scheduling & Execution - Develop, maintain, execute daily work schedules, and meet project milestones in a fast-paced environment
• Quality & Safety Compliance - Enforce adherence to trade specifications, OSHA safety protocols, and quality control on all sites
• Communication & Reporting - Host daily site meetings, track progress, and provide updates to Project Managers, leadership and general contractors
• Digital Documentation - Maintain complete site logs including daily reports, site photos, safety audits, and quality inspection records using SiteDocs
• Issue Resolution - Identify and resolve field challenges quickly while building relationships with clients
