Job summary

QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to manage daily field operations for Resinous Flooring and/or Concrete Polishing projects. Working from your local home office, you will oversee multiple field crews and subcontractors to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget projects of the highest quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Lead Foreman or Supervisor in Polished Concrete or Resinous projects.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Direct onsite supervision and coordination for multi-person crews and subcontractors from mobilization through closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and execute daily work schedules to meet project milestones.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols and quality control on all sites.
• Host daily site meetings and provide progress updates to Project Managers and general contractors.
• Maintain complete job site logs and safety/quality records, using SiteDocs.
• Identify and resolve field challenges and build positive client relationships.
