Job summary

QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, seeks an experienced Field Supervisor to manage daily field operations for Resinous Flooring and/or Concrete Polishing projects. Based from your local home office, oversee multiple crews and subcontractors to deliver safe, on-time, within-budget projects of the highest quality.

You will ensure adherence to safety protocols, coordinate schedules, and communicate progress with Project Managers and general contractors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Lead Foreman or Supervisor in Polished Concrete or Resinous.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid State driver's license (in good standing).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite supervision and coordination for multi-person crews and subcontractors from mobilization to closeout.
• Develop and maintain daily work schedules to meet project milestones.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols and quality control on all job sites.
• Lead daily site meetings and provide updates to Project Managers and clients.
• Maintain job site logs and site photos using SiteDocs.
• Identify and resolve field challenges and build client relationships.
