Job summary

QuestMark Flooring, a division of CentiMark Corporation, seeks an experienced Field Supervisor to manage daily field operations for Resinous Flooring and/or Concrete Polishing projects. Working from your local home office, you will oversee multiple field crews and subcontractors to deliver safe, on-time, within-budget projects of the highest quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Lead Foreman or Supervisor in Polished Concrete or Resinous.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid State driver's license in good standing.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite supervision of multi-person crews and subcontractors from mobilization through closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and execute daily work schedules to meet milestones.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols and quality control on all sites.
• Host daily site meetings and provide progress updates to Project Managers and contractors.
• Maintain site logs and documentation using SiteDocs.
• Identify and resolve field challenges and build client relationships.
