Job summary

WCIS, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to manage field operations, supervise crews, and oversee installation and startup of plant, mill, and manufacturing systems for clients. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency across multiple job sites in Oregon.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, welding/fabrication knowledge, blueprint reading, and estimating experience, with the ability to coordinate crews and protect project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience with installation of large commercial manufacturing equipment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency with estimating.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Manage Leadmen and crews to ensure daily work is completed on time and correctly.
• Record labor and equipment hours and compare to the project estimate.
• Review all contracts and supporting documents prior to approval.
• Monitor project progress to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Communicate anticipated needs (personnel, supplies, equipment) to the appropriate parties.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites every day and at project completion.
• Submit daily reports, time records, change orders, and invoices.
• Travel to various job sites as required as part of this position.
• Serve as onsite safety representative and quality control lead.
