Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Millwright Supervision role
• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Millwright
• Experience with heavy equipment installation/removal in Autostore or EV battery settings is highly desirable
• Advanced mechanical knowledge of machinery, equipment installation, and mechanical systems
• Precision installation, alignment, and assembly of machinery and mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting & diagnostics for complex equipment issues
• Proficient in operating cranes, hoists, forklifts, and other heavy machinery
• Welding, cutting, and fabrication of metal parts when needed for repairs or installations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews while meeting schedules and budgets
• Strong safety compliance understanding and on-site enforcement

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment according to layouts and drawings
• Perform precise alignments on motors, gearboxes, and rollers
• Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and cranes safely and efficiently
• Install, maintain, and repair machinery based on plans and drawings
• Maintain and repair conveyor systems
• Perform mechanical alignments to ensure proper function
• Transport and position machinery using heavy equipment
• Weld and fabricate metal parts as needed for repairs or installations
• Use precision instruments to measure and adjust equipment
• Use power tools for installation and repair tasks
• Use standard and metric hand tools to perform mechanical tasks
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Ensure safety regulations and company standards are followed on-site
• Coordinate tasks to meet projected job completion dates
