Job summary

The role requires 6+ years as a Millwright and 4+ years in supervision, with OSHA 30-hour certification preferred and NCCER as a plus. Proficiency in rigging, welding, and problem solving is essential.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour training completed or equivalent.
• 4+ years of Millwright supervision experience.
• 6+ years hands‑on Millwright work experience.
• Experience with heavy equipment installation/removal in industrial settings is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery across multiple sites.
• Lead a team of millwrights ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate task planning, travel, and on-site resources to meet project timelines.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and provide technical guidance.
• Operate and supervise use of cranes, hoists, forklifts, and other heavy equipment.
• Weld, fabricate, and modify metal components as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
