Job summary

Global Environmental and Industrial Response LLC (GEIR) is seeking a dynamic Field Supervisor to oversee multiple field crews across environmental and industrial services in our projects. You will coordinate daily field activities, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive project success from start to finish while mentoring teams and improving workflows.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication with clients and internal teams, and the ability to manage schedules,

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of field management experience in industrial/environmental services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and staff.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
• Willing to work 8+ hour shifts and respond to emergencies.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
• Experience with respirator use and safety protocols.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform outdoor manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and manage daily schedules to meet project needs.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Coordinate manpower, task assignments, and project updates.
• Maintain attendance records, job packs, and status reports.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to crew members.
• Support leadership training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate with clients and supervisors to resolve issues.
