Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Progressive field leadership experience in industrial services or environmental sectors.
• OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification.
• HAZWOPER training.
• CDL preferred.
• Ability to commute to Fort Wayne and regional sites.
• Proficiency with M365 Office Suite, CRM tools, and mobile forms.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision, task delegation, and coaching on-site.
• Lead safety assessments, investigations, and CAPA actions.
• Coordinate equipment, personnel, and materials across projects.
• Track field documentation, costs, and profitability with Project Managers.
• Manage time, conduct performance reviews, and support HR onboarding.
