Midwest Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Project Supervisor to lead field crews on industrial and remediation projects across the Midwest.

This hands-on leadership role oversees hazardous waste cleanups, emergency spill responses, industrial cleaning, and site remediation while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate thrives in the field, mentors staff, and delivers exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• 2+ years in environmental services, industrial cleaning, remediation, or emergency response.
• 2+ years of supervisory, crew lead, or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Service Technicians and field crews; coordinate staffing, schedules, and tasks.
• Lead hazardous and non-hazardous waste cleanup projects and site remediation activities.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure OSHA/EPA/DOT compliance; perform JSA and regulatory paperwork.
• Operate in outdoor industrial environments; travel as required and maintain PPE and equipment.
