Job summary

Clearsite Industrial Services is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee field service projects from initial scope through completion. You will work closely with customers, Operations, field crews, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

The role requires travel to active worksites, strong skills in estimating, budgeting, and resource planning, and a commitment to safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing field-based projects, crews, equipment, schedules, and budgets.
• Experience with project estimating, job costing, and resource planning.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, Operations, Safety, and leadership.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly to customer locations and active worksites as needed to oversee projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial and environmental service projects from planning through completion.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate field crews, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and other resources.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate project requirements and prepare for upcoming work.
• Monitor project costs, labor hours, equipment utilization, schedules, and overall profitability.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution and address project-related concerns as they arise.
