Aqua Illinois, Inc., part of Aqua, an Essential Utilities company, is seeking a Field Supervisor for the Northern Division's water and sewer distribution facilities. You will oversee a team of 12+ staff, manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and compliance with regulations, and partner with engineering to ensure projects meet specifications.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in utilities, a valid IEPA Class D Distribution license within a year, and a strong focus on

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in operations/utilities and/or construction.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory role preferred; IEPA Class D license within 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Supervises 12+ non-union staff and plans maintenance activities.
• Manages capital and operating budgets for the division.
• Coordinates with area engineering and regulatory bodies; ensures safety.
