Senior Solutions Home Care in Cookeville, TN is seeking a Field Supervisor to support our DIDD Employment and Community First programs, offering leadership, coaching, quality oversight, and field support to our DSPs and staff. This is a leadership role that moves beyond direct support, with opportunities for growth and development for those new to supervision.

This role emphasizes leadership, person-centered practices, and ensuring high-quality services that enable individuals to gain employment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, human services, or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits.
• Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and teams.
• Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals.
• Support person-centered services that promote community inclusion.
• Mentor DSPs, job coaches, and field staff.
• Observe services and provide coaching.
• Support new staff through field training and development.
• Complete quality assurance visits and review documentation.
• Assist with incident investigations and reportable events.
• Identify barriers and recommend improvements.
