Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor for the Lubbock area. The role combines in-office coordination with field visits to ensure high-quality personal care services.

You will train caregivers, welcome new clients, assess needs, and design personalized care plans while communicating across teams to keep services aligned and compassionate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 60 hours of college coursework or more.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting; substitution: 1 year leadership + 30 college hours.

Responsibilities

• Support client care with in-home visits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Lead caregiver orientations and support new hires.
• Welcome new clients, assess needs, and help design care plans.
• Communicate between clients, caregivers and office staff to keep everyone aligned.
• Troubleshoot field issues to maintain consistent, compassionate care.

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 60 hours or more of college coursework
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
  • (We’re flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.)
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

As a Field Supervisor, you will:

• Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
• Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
• Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
• Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.
