AccentCare is seeking a Field Supervisor for Personal Care Services in Fort Worth. The role oversees caregiver teams, conducts in-home visits to ensure quality and compliance, and helps design personalized care plans for families in the Fort Worth area.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 60 college hours, and 2+ years of supervisory healthcare experience (flexible: 1 year with 30 college hours). A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 60 college credit hours; degree not required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or related settings; leadership substitute available.

Responsabilités

• Support client care with in-home visits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Lead caregiver orientations, train staff, and assist field staff as a resource.
• Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Act as liaison between clients, caregivers, and office staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues to maintain consistent, compassionate care.

Salary: $20.50 /hourly + mileage

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 60 hours or more of college coursework
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
  • (We're flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.)
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Field Supervisor, you will:

• Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
• Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
• Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
• Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.
