Job summary

AccentCare is seeking a Field Supervisor for Personal Care Services in the Lubbock area. The role combines in-office and field work, overseeing caregiver performance and client care. You will conduct in-home visits to verify quality and compliance, and you will train and support staff in the field.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 60 college hours, and 2+ years of supervisory healthcare experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 60 hours or more of college coursework.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community setting.
• We’re flexible: 1 year of leadership + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support client care: conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards.
• Guide and train caregivers: lead orientations, support new hires, and be the field resource.
• Welcome new clients: meet families, assess needs, and help design personal care plans.
• Be the bridge: communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff.
• Problem-solve in the field and maintain compassionate, consistent care.

Location: Lubbock Office

Position: Field Supervisor

Remote/Virtual Position: In-Office and Field-based position

Coverage Area: Lubbock and surrounding areas

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly + Mileage

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm
