You will manage daily workload, ticket flow, field quality, training, and customer service while coordinating with field technicians, operations leadership, and customers. Travel across service areas is required; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Job Details: Job Location: Greensboro, NC 27401, Position Summary: The Field Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and support of a team of Locate Technicians. This position ensures locating operations are performed safely, accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies, customer requirements, applicable regulations, and industry standards. The Field Supervisor serves as a key connection between field technicians, operations leadership, customers, and other internal departments. This position is responsible for managing daily workload, technician performance, ticket flow, field quality, safety, training, and customer service within the assigned service area.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, and develops underground utility locate technicians.
• Manages daily ticket routing, workload, and technician productivity.
• Supports trouble locates, projects, designer tickets, and escalated locating requests.
• Conducts locate quality, field safety, vehicle, and maintenance audits.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and utility locate management systems.
