Job summary

KEMRON Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily field operations on environmental remediation and construction projects. Frequent overnight and out-of-state travel is required for projects across multiple states.

You will lead field teams, enforce the Site Health and Safety Plan, and report progress to the Project Manager. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in site supervision, experience in earthwork and environmental construction, and OSHA

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Construction Site Supervisor or similar field leadership role.
• Experience in environmental remediation or heavy civil construction preferred.
• OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hour training required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily work activities for field employees and subcontractors.
• Onsite point of contact for Project Manager on progress, schedule, staffing, safety, and field issues.
• Maintain schedules, coordinate resources, and communicate delays or adjustments.
