Qualifications

• Must be able to perform strenuous physical work for extended periods.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience in construction labor or similar environment preferred.
• Current 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Move, organize, stack, and store materials and supplies.
• Excavate, backfill, and compact trenches and ditches.
• Dig and level earth with hand and power tools.
• Assist with scaffolding erection and dismantling.
• Dispose of debris and salvageable materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Assist operators, drivers, foremen, and others on site.
• Follow project safety plans and work instructions.
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment problems to supervision.
