Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking a Field Supervisor to support our home care operations and our DIDD Employment and Community First (ECF) programs, providing leadership, coaching, quality oversight, and field support to our direct support staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, human services, or related field.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits.
• Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and teams.
• Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals.
• Support person-centered services that promote community inclusion.
• Coach DSPs and field staff, reinforcing DIDD expectations and providing coaching.
