Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care in Nashville, TN seeks a Field Supervisor to support DIDD Employment and ECF programs, providing leadership, coaching, and field support to direct support staff.

This role offers a path into leadership and requires no prior supervisory experience if you have background in ECF, supported employment, IDD services, or related fields. A full benefits package is included and the role is full-time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years in healthcare, caregiving, human services, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits.
• Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and teams.
• Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals.
• Support person-centered services that promote community inclusion.
• Mentor DSPs, Job Coaches, and Field Staff.

Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking a Field Supervisor to support our home care operations and our DIDD Employment and Community First (ECF) programs, whole providing leadership, coaching, quality oversights, and field support to our direct support staff.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to move beyond direct support into a leadership role.

No supervisory experience? That's ok. If you've worked in ECF, supported employment, job coaching or IDD services are ready to grow, we'll help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

Support Individuals Receiving ECF & DIDD Services

• Conduct in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits
• Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and supported teams
• Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals
• Support person-centered services that promote community inclusion

Coach & Support Direct Support Professionals

• Mentor DSPs, Job Coaches, and Field Staff
• Reinforce person-centered practices and DIDD expectations
• Observe services and provide coaching
• Support new staff through field training and ongoing development

Ensure Quality & Compliance

• Complete quality assurance visits
• Review documentation and service delivery
• Assist with incident investigations and reportable events
• Support compliance requirements
• Recommend improvements that enhance quality outcomes

Problem Solve & Improve Services

• Resolve client and caregiver concerns
• Monitor service quality
• Assist with audits and corrective actions
• Identify barriers and recommend solutions

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver's license and car insurance
