Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care in Tennessee seeks a Field Supervisor to lead our DIDD Employment and Community First (ECF) programs and support field staff. This role drives quality visits, coaching, and program integrity while guiding staff toward person-centered outcomes.

As a key leader, you will mentor DSPs and coaches, ensure compliance, and foster community partnerships to help individuals achieve employment goals and greater independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, human services, or related field
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and car insurance

Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking a Field Supervisor to support our home care operations and our DIDD Employment and Community First (ECF) programs, whole providing leadership, coaching, quality oversights, and field support to our direct support staff.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to move beyond direct support into a leadership role.

No supervisory experience? That's ok. If you've worked in ECF, supported employment, job coaching or IDD services are ready to grow, we'll help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

Support Individuals Receiving ECF & DIDD Services

• Conduct in-home, community, workplace, and virtual quality visits
• Build positive relationships with individuals served, families, employers, and supported teams
• Help individuals achieve employment and independence goals
• Support person-centered services that promote community inclusion

Coach & Support Direct Support Professionals

• Mentor DSPs, Job Coaches, and Field Staff
• Reinforce person-centered practices and DIDD expectations
• Observe services and provide coaching
• Support new staff through field training and ongoing development

Ensure Quality & Compliance

• Complete quality assurance visits
• Review documentation and service delivery
• Assist with incident investigations and reportable events
• Support compliance requirements
• Recommend improvements that enhance quality outcomes

Problem Solve & Improve Services

• Resolve client and caregiver concerns
• Monitor service quality
• Assist with audits and corrective actions
• Identify barriers and recommend solutions
