Jobot is partnering with a growing Property Management Company out of Long Island to hire multiple Field Supervisors for various sites across New York. Excellent benefits, a quick interview process, and immediate hire are offered.

The roles require 3–5 years of experience in residential maintenance, construction and property repairs, and Spanish-speaking abilities. Successful candidates will lead a team, run reports and meetings, and communicate clearly while maintaining high integrity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in residential maintenance, construction and property repairs.
• Spanish speaking is mandatory
• Ability to lead a team/crew of workers
• Strong integrity
• Smartphone proficiency for photos, forms, DocuSign, messaging
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to run reports and meetings

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential maintenance, construction and property repairs
• Spanish speaking a must
• Proven ability to lead a team/crew of workers
• High integrity
• Smart phone proficiency, ( photos, forms, DocuSign, messaging)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to run reports and meetings
