Job summary

Dynamic Concepts Inc. in the Washington, DC metropolitan area seeks a Superintendent to supervise construction crews and oversee field operations across multiple sites, ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and vendors, enforcing company procedures, and maintaining compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other regulations while managing dispatch for field teams.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years’ experience in supervision
• Supervisory experience in utility infrastructure including electrical, communications and water
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience supervising and/or managing multi-site operational diverse groups
• Willing and able to travel regularly among multiple project sites
• Strong management, planning, organizational and leadership skills
• Strong verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA, etc. laws governing energy and processing facilities
• Project management with budgeting, cost estimating, scheduling and planning

Responsibilities

• Oversees field operations and directs crews across multiple sites
• Ensures company procedures are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained
• Focuses on health, safety and efficiency of projects
• Serves as contact with customers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Supervises the centralized dispatch operation for all field employees
