Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in heavy civil, industrial, mechanical, or water/wastewater construction.
• Basic understanding of jobsite safety and OSHA standards.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Willingness to work in the field and take on increasing responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Support the Superintendent in managing daily field operations.
• Help coordinate work involving earthwork, piping, process equipment setting, and concrete placement.
• Assist with maintaining short-term schedules and daily production goals.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Help identify and communicate field issues to avoid delays.
• Track manpower, materials, and jobsite progress.
• Assist with daily reports and jobsite documentation.
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, and project teams.
