Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a Site Superintendent to manage on-site field operations and represent the company on projects. The first project is in northeast Ohio, with travel across the United States.

Responsibilities include safety, quality control, scheduling, contract administration, and coordination with project management and clients. Strong documentation, communication, and drawings interpretation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have construction management/engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience in field supervision on construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with design drawings, specifications, and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality and drawing intent.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate potential delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review and records.
• Take progress photos and prepare monthly progress reports.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawing revisions.
• Provide proper correspondence with project management and clients.
