The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years in technical leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent in relevant work experience in the elevator industry or other technical field.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively manage and resolve sensitive employee relations issues.
• Solid problem solving and proven negotiating skills, high sense of urgency, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field technicians and manage training and development on established processes, tools and standards.
• Foster communication and maintain strong working relationships with local union.
• Ensure service, maintenance and repair offerings meet quality and safety standards and contract requirements.
• Support sales in estimating service orders, scheduling, and resolving customer complaints.
• Develop teamwork and dedication to quality among all employees.
• Participate in professional development programs to enhance product knowledge and procedures.
