This role requires overseeing installation processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting sales estimations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred OR 3 years of technical experience in the elevator industry or related field.
Experience in installation and service of elevators/escalators preferred.
Prior supervisory experience with a unionized workforce is preferred.
Must have ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities
Manage field technicians in day-to-day operations of elevator modernizations.
Participate in field surveys for prospective modernization projects.
Order necessary elevator parts and determine scope of work.
Ensure modernization projects meet quality and safety standards.
Support local sales team in estimating modernization bids.
