Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred and/or vocational school background.
• Experience in related building industries (HVAC, security, etc.) considered.
• Working knowledge of elevators and escalators preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for installation of new construction and modernization projects.
• Monitor job completion checkpoints and implement corrective actions.
• Manage ongoing project audit program to assure conformance of performance standards.
