Qualifications
Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred and/or vocational school background.
Experience in related building industries (HVAC, security, etc.) considered.
Working knowledge of elevators and escalators preferred.
Responsibilities
Responsible for installation of new construction and modernization projects.
Monitor job completion checkpoints and implement corrective actions.
Manage ongoing project audit program to assure conformance of performance standards.
