Schindler Group is seeking a Field Superintendent for Existing Installations in Columbus, OH. The role oversees servicing and repair of assigned elevator units, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in line with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in elevator industry or technical field.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of elevators and escalators to manage field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance meets quality standards and contract requirements.
• Support sales in estimating service orders and scheduling.
• Develop manpower selection, training and performance programs.
• Maintain relationships with local IUEC business agents and resolve issues.
