Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to mobilize internal resources while maintaining cost discipline. A bachelor’s degree is preferred with 5+ years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent in elevator industry or technical field.
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead field personnel and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance meets quality standards and contract requirements.
• Implement quality, safety, and customer-satisfaction goals on each project.
• Support sales in estimating orders and resolving customer issues; may have a sales role.
• Manage manpower planning, training, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate route management for preventive maintenance and cost control.
