SLSCO LTD is seeking an experienced Field Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent to support large-scale CBP border infrastructure projects in the Southwestern US. The role oversees field operations, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures adherence to schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards.

You will report to the Project Superintendent and collaborate with engineering and management teams to drive project success in Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or two-year college degree in Construction Management or technical discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of experience on commercial or civil infrastructure projects (heavy civil preferred).
• Experience with DOD/USACE/NAVFAC is a plus.
• U.S. Citizenship; valid driver’s license; ability to pass background/security checks.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day field execution of large-scale CBP border infrastructure design-build projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors and crews; manage construction sequencing and production.
• Interface with Safety, Quality, Design and Project Management to keep work on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare daily logs and reports; participate in daily/weekly construction meetings.
