LMI is seeking a construction project professional to join our team in Big Bend, TX. This full-time, temporary position involves managing construction projects for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, ensuring compliance with contracts and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools. The salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $115,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction management required.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Support daily tasks for the Government Contracting Officer's Representative.
• Manage site safety and permit compliance.
• Monitor contractor performance and quality control.
• Prepare Change Orders for overruns and additional work.
