Job summary

Sundt is seeking a Field Superintendent to manage second shift construction activities, supervise craft employees and subcontractors, and coordinate field work with the project schedule. Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience in construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage safety, costs, schedule, and quality on a project.

Responsibilities

• Review shop drawings and design conflicts with RFI review and quality/safety responsibilities.
• Coordinate equipment, construction methods, and sequencing of operations.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and implement LEAN planning.
• Conduct risk analyses with project leaders for timely mitigation.
• Ensure safety plan is executed and project policies followed.
• Oversee manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontract activities to align with the project schedule.
