You will manage daily site operations for slab, block, and framing, lead subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-budget progress while maintaining clear updates to project managers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience required or more.
• Sales experience in construction is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees; foster relationships for project success.
• Oversee daily operations on residential sites, managing slab, block and framing activities.
• Lead subcontractors with accountability to ensure quality and safety.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews; address issues proactively.
• Enforce safety protocols and local building codes; manage time to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to optimize resources.
• Provide detailed updates and reports to project managers and clients.
