Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees to ensure project success.
• Oversee daily residential construction operations including slab, block, and framing to meet plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead subcontractors with accountability to ensure high-quality work and a safe job site.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews, using analytical and decision-making skills to address issues proactively.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes, leveraging time management to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to optimize resources and maintain efficiency.
• Communicate updates and reports to project managers and clients to maintain transparency.
