Job summary

Leola Construction, a residential shell construction company based in Gibsonton, Florida, seeks a Field Superintendent to oversee our residential sites with integrity and excellence. You will lead slab, block, and framing work, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

With 2+ years of management experience and a valid driver’s license, you will mentor teams, enforce codes, and drive on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience, construction sales experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees, fostering strong relationships to ensure project success.
• Oversee daily operations on residential construction sites, managing slab, block, and framing activities to meet plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead subcontractors with accountability, ensuring high-quality work and a safe job site.
• Conduct site inspections and progress reviews, using analytical and decision-making skills to address issues proactively.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes, leveraging time management skills to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to optimize resources and maintain efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with project managers and clients, providing detailed updates and reports to maintain transparency.
